Stephen Jiang

Stephen Jiang is a seasoned network and IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and network engineering. Currently serving as a Network Engineer I at ConvergeOne since February 2023, Stephen is responsible for surveying network sites and collaborating with the CAD team to produce Logical Network Diagrams (LNDs). Prior to this role, experience includes working as an Information Technology Technical Consultant at Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine, and serving as a Classroom Support Specialist at California State University, Long Beach, where maintenance of classroom technologies was a key responsibility. Previous positions also include Technical Support at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where desktop and laptop deployment were primary tasks, as well as a variety of roles that provided foundational IT skills, including client services at Business Data Links, Inc. and customer service at Starbucks. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
