Phoenix Chairs Kathie Julian, Mike Stanley, and Tim Smith serve local C12 members.

As the nation's leading Christian business forum, C12 helps CEOs and executives calibrate the entirety of their businesses through its signature 5-Point Alignment Matrix: continually evaluating and aligning growth strategies, financial stewardship, cultural development, and operations. Our rigorous, interactive curriculum empowers C12 members to dive headfirst into the challenges and opportunities of today’s marketplace.

The C12 experience is different because every C12 member views their business as a platform from which they can produce a Kingdom impact in the marketplace—a platform we refer to as a Business as a Ministry (BaaM).

C12 is designed with a perpetual discipline of assessment, planning, calibration, and coordinated action.

C12 is not another business-centric Bible study or a professional networking group. It's not a guest speaker forum or business solicitation platform. It is an objective business forum for peer leaders to share ideas and best practices, focusing on areas to sharpen in their business and lives.

In a confidential, non-competing C12 business forum experience, members learn from their group’s wisdom and insight. By sharing with those who have "been there," they encourage and hold each other accountable to the biblical principles and core values that guide them. Our mission is to change the world by advancing the Kingdom of God in the marketplace through the companies and lives of those Christ calls to run businesses for Him.
