Rod Smith is the Founder/Chief Steward of Hundredfold Life and a Certified EOS Implementer, helping leaders elevate business performance and life outcomes. They are a Certified Coach with His Way At Work (2021–Present) and have been a member of the C12 Group since 2011, facilitating CEO peer groups and onsite coaching. Their past leadership roles include President/COO of Health By Design (2016–2020) and COO of Arthritis Relief Centers (2020–2021), and they have served on multiple boards, including Daily Bread Ministries (Board Member, 2022–2025) and the International Joseph Project (Board President, 2011–2015). They earned a BS in Geography and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point (1988–1992).
