Tim Smith is the C12 Chair for the Greater Phoenix Biltmore Forum, where they equip Christian CEOs and business owners to build high-performance businesses through peer collaboration and private coaching. They previously founded and led Training to YOU Career Pathways and Training To You, Inc., serving as Chief Strategist and Owner, respectively. Tim has also held the role of Appreneur for the Fun Sports Pools app from 2019 to 2024 and is currently a Business Advisor at Simplifyance™ and a Business Coach with EntreSpirit Coaching & Consulting. They received their education from the University of Colorado at Boulder, graduating in 1985.
