Sofía Pasman's work experience begins in 2015 with a role as an Assistant in Communication at A1 Comunicación. Sofía then worked as an Assistant in Communication at Bull PR from June 2016 to November 2017. In 2017, Sofía worked as an Account Assistant at Saatchi & Saatchi until October 2018. Sofía then joined Publicis One as an Account Assistant from October 2018 to August 2019. In 2019, Sofía worked at Leo Burnett as a Junior Account Executive from September 2019 to February 2020 and then as an Account Assistant from February 2020 to March 2021. Following this, they joined NINCH as a Creative from March 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are working as a Junior Creative Art Director at a company since September 2022.
Sofía Pasman completed a Curso Anual de Creatividad in Creatividad at Brother Ad School in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Lic. en Comunicación Publicitaria e Institucional degree in Publicidad from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' between 2015 and 2019. Their education started at Michael Ham Memorial College, where they obtained a Bachiller bilingüe con orientación en Ciencias Sociales in 2014 after studying Ciencias sociales from 2003 to 2014.
