Berry's experience as a System Engineer and Help Desk Support has contributed to his successful resolution of client issues and as a Field Technician combined with his professional experience in desktop support has proven his exceptional customer service. Berry has vast knowledge in client and server applications, as well as network configuration, server installation and configuration. Berry received an Associate of Science in IT/Computer Network from ITT Technical Institute and is Network + 006 Certified. Berry loves to give back to the community and volunteers in a church where they provide an Outreach Program for all ages but mainly for youth. He also enjoys basketball where he is known to shoot a basketball from a three-point shooting range accurately.
