Jim Minster P.e.

Jim Minster, P.E., currently serves as the Infrastructure Team Design Leader at C2AE, managing the municipal infrastructure design group and providing technical mentorship since May 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at Jackson National from December 2016 to May 2018, and as Director of the Southern Municipal Infrastructure Team at C2AE from April 2011 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, Jim Minster held the position of Director of Engineering at Gourdie Fraser Inc. from January 1993 to February 2010. Jim Minster earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Michigan Technological University between 1990 and 1992.
