Andree Doyle

Andree Doyle currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman of The Board of Orthopaedic Surgery at Tulane University School of Medicine since August 2023. In addition, Andree has been an Executive Assistant and Business Development Manager at C2C Resources since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Andree held the position of Vice President of Operations at Peel & Company, Inc. from January 2008 to January 2022, overseeing daily operations including sales, marketing, and distribution for a wholesale textile company, and also served as Director of Sales & Marketing, implementing strategic plans to meet company goals. Andree earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Louisiana State University from 1997 to 2000.
