Corinne Walker

Corinne Walker is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in CRM management and technical support. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at C2FO since April 2018, Corinne has progressed through roles such as Engineering Manager for Salesforce and Salesforce Administrator. Prior experience includes working at PGi from April 2012 to April 2018, where Corinne excelled as a CRM Admin and Analyst, designing Salesforce and Zendesk platforms, and as a Knowledge Base/Contact Center Admin enhancing multi-channel communication tools. Additional roles at PGi involved technical writing and support, focusing on documentation and troubleshooting for the GlobalMeet product suite. Corinne began a career at GENESYS Systems Integrator as a Purchasing Agent, where efficient procurement and vendor management were key responsibilities. Corinne holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from The University of Kansas and has further education from Kanagawa University.
