David is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary and leads C2FO’s legal team. David has experience in corporate governance, public company representation, government contracting, technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt facilities and IPO transactions. He joined the company in August 2021 after serving as in-house counsel at Olathe, Kansas-based NIC Inc. (Nasdaq: EGOV) and Tyler Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TYL). Before NIC, David was an attorney at the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP. Since 2018, he has been an officer of the Kansas City Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
