Dinc Basar

Dinc Basar is a Senior Software Engineer at C3 AI since July 2020, leading Strategic Innovation initiatives and managing various customer accounts and projects as a Senior Solutions Engineer. Previously, Dinc held roles as a Forward Deployed Engineer, where responsibilities included coding for data processing and building ML model pipelines. At Carnegie Mellon University, experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for the Introduction to Machine Learning course while also conducting research in augmented and virtual reality. Dinc's internship experience encompasses roles at Bank of America in innovation projects and at Microsoft focusing on Natural Language Processing. Additional experience includes a visiting research assistant position at Koç Üniversitesi and a summer intern role at HAVELSAN. Dinc holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University and a high school diploma in Science and Mathematics from Uskudar American Academy.
