Joseph Moore

Joseph Moore serves as the Engagement Director at C3 AI since September 2023, following a tenure as Head of National Security Programs at Scale Facilitation® from November 2022 to August 2023. Previously, Joseph held the position of Vice President of National Intelligence Programs at BigBear.ai, where responsibilities included managing federal programs and negotiating significant contracts. With extensive experience at MITRE, Joseph progressed from Program Manager to Portfolio Manager, leading advanced analytical programs and driving research and development initiatives. Joseph’s military career spans over a decade in various roles within the US Army, including leadership positions in elite units. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio Wesleyan University.
