Steve Vilot possesses extensive experience in the barbering and operations management industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Owner/Operator at Barber Authority since June 2008, Steve simultaneously operates Barber Authority in Lynchburg, TN. Additional roles include Official Barber Shop Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Master Barber for multiple companies, including C3 Presents, Shady Records / Goliath Artists / Def Jam, and ESPN. Steve's entrepreneurial journey began in 1992 with Sim's Barber Shops, where ownership continues. Academic credentials include an Associate's degree in Structural Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and specialized training from Brooms Barber Academy.
