Lou Testoni is a retired board member and audit committee chair with over 45 years of experience in financial services, specializing in both public and private sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Koppers Holdings, Inc. and ABARTA, Inc., Lou also participates in various committees, including Audit and Finance. In addition to board roles, Lou contributes to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh as a trustee. Previously, Lou was a managing partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and served as a lieutenant in the United States Army. Lou holds a BS in Accounting from Providence College and a Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight from Carnegie Mellon University.
