Tom Struthers

Tom Struthers is an experienced audio visual technician currently working at C3EL since July 2020 and also serves as the business owner of R&T Entertainment, where responsibilities include business operations, customer service, team leadership, and equipment maintenance. With a military background in the United States Air Force since September 2008, Tom has held various roles including Fuels Craftsman, Honor Guard, and Fuels Distribution Apprentice, demonstrating excellent customer service, equipment management, and leadership during military ceremonies. Additional experience includes positions at Convergint Technologies in service specialist roles for electronic security systems, president of Okoboji Electronics, and E911 dispatcher at Dickinson County Communication Center where emergency management skills were developed. Tom began professional experience as an assistant manager at Great Lakes Cinema 7, focusing on customer relationships and financial management.
