Troy Walker, DMC-D, is an experienced Project Engineer at C3EL, having held the position since June 2015. Prior to this role, Troy served as Lead Technician at AVI-SPL from June 2013 to June 2015. Troy obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tampa Bay Tech. between 1994 and 1996.
