At C3LX, we believe in 360-degrees of engagement in an individual’s health journey. In fact, C3LX is Roman Numerals for 360. We care about the complete view of an individual and population’s health, connecting patients with their physicians and care teams in a meaningful way and not just during disparate episodes of sick care. We are a company relentlessly focused on our technology platform that empowers and engages patients in meeting their health goals, goals established and communicated with their trusted care team, and improving the overall health of individuals and populations. At C3LX, we believe true disruption in our broken healthcare system will be achieved not by technology alone, but aided by technology that supports seamless, secure, personalized and effective connections between providers and individuals.

Our flagship product, XIAhealth® provides the leading Remote Patient Monitoring, Patient Engagement, and Care Management solution supporting all value-based practices and models. Our comprehensive and unique RPM solution is more than a data dump of singular metrics. XIAhealth® combines contextual RPM device data, modifiable risk factor tracking, and deep insights into patient behavior in one robust care plan management tool. Achieve superior outcomes, increase patient engagement and remotely monitor patients efficiently through actionable dashboards.
