Catrin Robertsen

Catrin Robertsen is currently the Head of Climate Budgeting at C40 Cities, where they lead the development and implementation of climate budgets to help cities achieve ambitious greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets. Prior to this role, they served as a Climate Budget Advisor for the City of Oslo from 2017 to 2021, where they developed the annual Climate Budgets. Catrin began their career as an Advisor at the Norwegian Environment Agency from 2015 to 2017, focusing on emission inventories and analysis. They also have experience as a consultant in external relations and as a security support officer at the Norwegian Refugee Council. Catrin holds a degree from Handelshøyskolen BI, earned in 2021.
