Clara Lafon

Clara Lafon is an experienced humanitarian and development professional currently serving as the Funding Approval and Grant Manager at C40 Cities, a global network of mayors addressing the climate crisis. Previously, Clara held various roles including Programme Development Advisor at the International Rescue Committee, where they supported programming across multiple sectors in West Africa, and International Trusts Coordinator for Sightsavers, focusing on project proposal design and donor relationships. Clara has also contributed to organizations such as ACTED and Refuge, enhancing grant management and fundraising efforts. They hold multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
