Lisa Kim

Lisa Kim is the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at C40 Cities, where they strategize and develop programs to enhance organizational growth and staff development. Previously, Lisa worked in various roles, including as a Finance Analyst and Operations Manager at C40, where they led projects relating to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Their earlier experience includes teaching English as a second language in South Korea and working as an intern in publishing and marketing at notable organizations. Lisa holds a B.A. in Journalism and Sociology from New York University and a Master’s degree in Secondary English Education from Teachers College at Columbia University.
