Suriya A. began their career as a quantity surveying consultant, managing public sector clients and mentoring junior staff at Langdon & Seah Singapore Pte Ltd and other firms. After earning a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, they transitioned into the public policy sphere, focusing on government grants related to good governance and reforestation. Suriya currently serves as a Contracts Manager for Climate Action Implementation with C40 Cities, where they work on urban climate action initiatives across Southeast Asia.
