Previous experience includes customer service and social media leadership at VCA Canada, and guest service at Delta Hotels and Resorts. Brigitte holds a certification in UI/UX Design from Springboard, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from George Brown College, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel and Food Administration from the University of Guelph.
