Regis Gontier

Regis Gontier has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Regis is currently the Founder and Chief of Staff at C4Workx, a boutique consultancy specializing in digital transformation. In this role, Regis leads diverse teams of software engineers and creative professionals to bring ideas to life and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

Prior to their current role, Regis worked at Avanade as the Director and Client Executive, where they successfully delivered multimillion-dollar programs for Tier 1 clients in industries such as oil and gas, death care, and staffing. Regis was responsible for solutioning with clients, creating proposals, and setting up delivery teams.

Before Avanade, Regis held various positions at Infusion. As the Head of Delivery for the US Southwest, they oversaw the delivery of multimillion-dollar programs, collaborated with clients on solutioning, and managed a team of project managers. Additionally, they served as a Senior Program Manager, leading a team in the evolution of a client's premium Oilfield Services tool and implementing agile frameworks for successful delivery. Regis also served as the Head of Delivery for the Middle East, managing multimillion-dollar programs and mentoring project managers.

Earlier in their career, Regis worked at M Cashback UK, where they served as the Head of IT Operations for the UK and played a crucial role in managing technical and operational directives for international money transfer projects. Regis also held the role of Regional IT Manager for Asia Pacific, overseeing IT directives and projects in multiple countries and managing stakeholder relationships with clients and vendors.

Regis began their career at Assiso Consulting as a Project Manager and later worked at LogicaCMG as a Software Development Manager, where they played a pivotal role in managing government payroll services projects and participated in bid work.

Prior to their current work experience, Regis worked as a Consultant at CMG, where they gained valuable experience in the industry.

Throughout their career, Regis has consistently demonstrated their expertise in delivering successful projects, solutioning with clients, managing teams, and implementing agile methodologies.

Regis Gontier obtained a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London. Regis attended the university from 1994 to 1998, completing their MENG program during this time.
