Walt Yorgason began their career in 1993 as a Sustaining Engineer and Beta Test Specialist at Megahertz. In 1995, they moved to US Robotics as a Firmware Engineer, where they coded the TI52 Modem Controller and Analog Devices DSP V. 34, X2, and V. 90. In 1996, they joined 3Com as a Design Engineer, where they worked on firmware and OS driver engineering for OEM Development, and spent 6 months in Japan and Taiwan in 1998-1999 to help with mini PCI rollout into laptops. Finally, in 2000, they joined CA Engineering as a Senior Engineer, where they worked on Qualcomm WiFi software engineering, driver development, porting to different OS's, and DVT, as well as embedded Linux work with 11AC offloaded radios by Qualcomm.
Walt Yorgason attended Middleton High School from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a High School Diploma. Walt then attended Brigham Young University from 1987 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.
