Theater is one of the most important artistic expressions since ancient times. For over two and a half thousand years, in Greece, the act of public representation has been helping Humanity to reflect on itself, its dreams, its memories and its challenges. Skill is usually translated in the corporate world as skill. Unlike competence, a prerequisite more linked to training and professional history, a “skill” would be a behavioral ability more linked to dealing with emotions arising from professional challenges. These are skills, for example, creativity, persuasion, collaboration, adaptability and emotional intelligence. Your company needs to invest in theater! Our workshops are designed to develop these subtler skills, which are increasingly required in the professional environment for the new challenges of the world of remote and face-to-face work.
