CA South is led by founder Meg Epstein. The firm planted its flag in Nashville Tennessee in 2016 and quickly made an impact as it acquired several residential properties to re-develop and re-imagine for the new demographic of people moving to Nashville from the east and west coasts.

Today, CA South’s develops commercial projects that span the entire Nashville metro area, stretching from the high-income suburb of Franklin to the rapidly growing suburb of Hendersonville. In addition, CA South has projects underway along the Cumberland river near downtown and in the trendy neighborhood of Wedgewood Houston.
