John Langlois

John Langlois is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and technical support. Currently serving as VP of Operations and VP of Support and Field Services at CISSDM since May 2015, Langlois has previously held significant roles at Verizon Wireless as a Senior Member of the Technical Staff and at Netifice Communications and Epoch Networks as NOC Manager. Langlois earned a law degree from the American University Washington College of Law, where studies were completed from January 2010 to January 2013.
