Austen Goldman

Austen Goldman is an experienced data science professional currently serving as a Data Science Manager at Creative Artists Agency since September 2025. Prior to this role, Austen worked with the Miami HEAT, first as a Senior Basketball Data Scientist and then as a Senior Manager of Basketball Data Science from September 2022 to September 2025. Earlier experience includes multiple positions at Lumentum from August 2019 to September 2022, progressing from Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist.
