Chris Burrus

Chris Burrus is a highly experienced music professional currently serving as a Music Agent and Midwest clubs booking agent at Creative Artists Agency since July 2018, specializing in Country music and booking shows across seven states. Previously, Chris held various positions within the music touring sectors of the agency, assisting in the planning and coordination of numerous events. Extensive experience also includes being a Business Manager and Lead Vocalist for the rock band Left on Franklin, where a professionally recorded EP was released, and serving as President of the UNC Clef Hangers, achieving notable performances including at the White House. Additional experience spans internships in digital marketing, publishing, and sales, as well as participation in prestigious events such as the GRAMMY Week Festivities. Chris graduated with a B.A. in Vocal Performance, Entrepreneurship, and Creative Writing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
