Dan Cheng

Dan Cheng is a seasoned data engineering professional with extensive experience in various technical roles within the field. Currently serving as a Data Engineering Executive and previously as a Data Engineer at Creative Artists Agency since March 2020, Cheng has honed skills in data management and analysis. Prior to this position, significant roles included Programmer Analyst III at UCLA from February 2016 to March 2020 and GIS Analyst/Developer at the Energy and Geoscience Institute at the University of Utah from April 2013 to January 2016. Cheng's foundational experience includes software development and research positions at Clark Labs and GIS technician work at the City of Worcester, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Geographic Information Science from Clark University and a Bachelor’s degree from Suzhou University of Science and Technology.
