Daniel Manwaring

Daniel Manwaring currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of IMAX China, a position held since January 2023. With a robust background in media finance and film, Daniel has been associated with Creative Artists Agency since January 2013, holding multiple roles including Head of Media Finance (Asia) and Head of Motion Pictures CAA China. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Financial Analyst at China Hydroelectric Corporation from October 2008 to October 2011, where Daniel contributed to raising $450 million through private funding and public listing, as well as earlier financial analyst positions at Friedland Capital Inc. and Ironstreet Partners LLC. Daniel holds a BS in Finance and Asian Languages & Culture from the University of Florida and has furthered studies at Tsinghua University.
