Derek Douglas

Derek Douglas has significant experience in the entertainment and investment sectors. Currently, Derek serves as the Head of the Video Game Department at Creative Artists Agency, a position held since January 2012. In addition, Derek is an Investor at Connect Ventures, which is a collaboration between Creative Artists Agency and New Enterprise Associates, focusing on early-stage consumer-oriented businesses. Prior to these roles, Derek worked as an Agent at Digital Development Management from September 2009 to January 2012 and at WME (William Morris Endeavor) from April 2004 to May 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego and a Doctor of Law from the University of San Diego.
