Helen Dines

Helen Dines is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax management. Currently serving as the Head of International Tax at Creative Artists Agency since June 2023, Dines previously held key positions at Warner Bros. Discovery as Director of Tax from March 2016 to May 2023, and at WarnerMedia as Associate Director and UK Tax Manager from June 2008 to February 2016. Dines began a career at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Tax Manager from January 2005 to June 2008 and prior to that, worked as an Audit Senior and Tax Senior at Barnes Roffe LLP from October 2000 to January 2005. Academic credentials include a Law degree from the University of Leeds, completed from 1997 to 2000, and earlier education at Old Hall School from 1990 to 1995.
