Jason Hanold

Jason Hanold is an accomplished executive in the field of executive search and leadership advisory, currently serving as President of CAA Executive Search at Creative Artists Agency since October 2024. Jason has a strong history in executive recruitment, having founded and led CAA | Hanold Associates Executive Search & Leadership Advisory from October 2010 to October 2024, and previously leading the Global HR Officers Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates from January 2005 to October 2010. In addition to professional roles, Jason serves as a Board Director for the National Football Foundation since January 2023, contributing to the organization's mission of fostering scholarship and athletic achievement in young people through amateur football. Educationally, Jason holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Culture from Northwestern University and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership, Learning, and Talent at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior experience includes leading talent acquisition efforts for Whirlpool Corporation from February 2002 to January 2005.
