Jeffrey Falco

Jeffrey Falco is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the music and service industries. Currently serving as a Music Touring Assistant and previously in various roles at Creative Artists Agency since September 2022, Jeffrey has also worked as a Personal Manager at Tavatli Music, where responsibilities included bookings and networking. Prior experience includes serving as a Patient Services Specialist at Mayo Clinic, where appointment management was a key duty, and leadership as President of Alpha Epsilon Pi, enhancing the organization’s community engagement. Additional roles include providing customer service at Apple and Best Buy, and leading shifts at Which Wich Superior Sandwiches. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
