Jonathan Davies

Jonathan Davies is a seasoned executive in the media and entertainment sectors, currently serving as a Partner in Executive Search at Creative Artists Agency since February 2025. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Senior Partner at Elevate Talent, contributing to the integration of SRI Executive into a global organization within the industry after its acquisition in 2024. With extensive experience, Jonathan has also served as Partner at Odgers Berndtson US, Managing Director at Eurosport, Founder and CEO of Quantum Media Network, and Executive Vice-President at CNN International, where significant revenue and audience growth were achieved. Jonathan co-founded Dolphin and demonstrated early leadership as a Media Group Director at Saatchi & Saatchi. An MBA graduate from London Business School and a BA in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham, Jonathan combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of commercial partnerships across various platforms.
