Katy Needham

Katy Needham is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in public relations, marketing, and administrative support. Currently serving as a Floating Assistant at Creative Artists Agency since August 2023, Katy previously held positions such as Mailroom Clerk and Public Relations/Marketing Coordinator at Brothers & Henderson, where responsibilities included brand strategy analysis, content management, and stakeholder communication. Experience also includes research and outreach initiatives within the TV/Entertainment industry at Michael Levine Media, leadership roles in Delta Gamma overseeing membership and communications, and client management at Cristy Carner Salon. Katy holds a degree in Psychology and Communication from the University of Washington, completed in 2022.
