Lyra Hou is a seasoned professional in asset management and investor relations with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Creative Artists Agency since September 2023, Lyra previously held positions at American Real Estate Partners (AREP) from December 2019 to March 2023, including Sr. Associate and roles in asset management and fund management, overseeing a portfolio of over $1.5 billion in assets and managing three joint venture funds with over $150 million in assets under management.
