Maisha Pearson

Maisha Pearson is an experienced executive in the field of talent acquisition and client management. Currently serving as a Partner in CAA Executive Search at Creative Artists Agency since October 2024, Maisha has previously held the position of Partner at Hanold Associates Executive Search & Leadership Advisory from April 2022 to October 2024. Prior to this, Maisha was the Chief Client Officer in Chicago at Havas from December 2020 to December 2021 and served as Vice President at Burrell Communications from August 2017 to December 2020. Maisha also held a Vice President role at Porter Novelli from January 2011 to August 2017. Maisha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/PR from Eastern Illinois University.
