Marlon S. is a professional with a strong background in music business and production, currently serving as a Music Touring Assistant at Creative Artists Agency since July 2022. Previously, Marlon held the role of Concert Production Manager at Berklee College of Music, where responsibilities included developing videos for concert series and maintaining logistics databases for digital marketing. Marlon also served as a Resident Assistant, conducting programming and ensuring safety in residential environments, and worked as a Production Coordinator for Berklee's radio station, the BIRN, where guest bookings and live show assistance were key responsibilities. A solid foundation in artist management and marketing was built through internships at 3V Method, Creative Artists Agency, CAD Management, Red Light Management, Position Music, and Pulse Music Group. Marlon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Business and Music Production & Engineering from Berklee College of Music.
