Mateo Alcala is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technology support and logistics. Currently serving as a Tier 3 Service Desk Specialist at Creative Artists Agency, Mateo successfully managed onboarding processes for over 4,000 employees during a significant company acquisition. Previously, Mateo held a Logistics Specialist role with the US Air Force Reserve and served as an Information Technology Support Technician at TCB | 24/7 EXPERT IT Support, handling O365 deployments and server management.
