Neela Seenandan

Neela Seenandan is the President of Leadership Advisory at Creative Artists Agency, where they focus on recruiting distinctive human resources leaders and providing strategic cultural advisory services. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Neela has held various interim roles, including Chief HR Officer for prominent organizations such as Save the Children and The New York Times. They also served as Global Head of Human Resources at Aon Benfield, overseeing significant acquisitions and integrations. Neela is a member of the Board of Trustees for Save the Children, chairing the People & Culture Committee.
