Rachel Mann

Rachel Mann is a seasoned literary agent currently representing writers at Creative Artists Agency, focusing on both fiction and non-fiction across various genres for adults, children, and young adults, with a notable client roster. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a literary agent at Jo Unwin Literary Agency Ltd and held positions including Publishing Director at The Roald Dahl Story Company, where strategic oversight was provided for global publishing operations. Additional experience includes editorial roles at Egmont Publishing UK, Simon and Schuster, and Penguin Random House UK, as well as teaching in the Teach First program.
