Rob Savio

Rob Savio is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in service desk management and project coordination. Currently serving as the Regional Service Desk Manager for Creative Artists Agency since September 2018, Rob previously held roles at the Teachers' Retirement System of the City of New York, including Service Desk Manager and Test Environment Manager, where responsibilities included managing project plans and improving communication among technical teams. With a long tenure at IMG from 1996 to 2015, Rob excelled as IT Manager and Business Relationship Manager, implementing IT management initiatives and leading a team to support customer satisfaction and service improvement. Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from St. John's University, completed in 1994.
