Sonia Nagra

Sonia Nagra is a Partner at Creative Artists Agency, specializing in CAA Executive Search since October 2024, following the acquisition of Hanold Associates, where Sonia held the position of Partner from September 2018 to October 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Leader in HR Operations and Global Mobility at Axxiome Group from December 2016 to April 2018, and a position in Philanthropy and Special Events at Northwestern Memorial Hospital between August 2014 and December 2016. Sonia has also operated as a self-employed Event Planner from January 2010 to November 2013, served as an HR Business Analyst and HR Communications Lead at HSBC from March 2007 to February 2009, and recruited international volunteers for the Asian Foundation for Philanthropy from September 2006 to April 2007.
