Xavier Fonseca

Xavier Fonseca has over 23 years of work experience in various technology roles. Xavier currently holds the position of Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Creative Artists Agency since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ICM Partners for 8 years as the VP of Software Development. Xavier also has experience working at Playboy Enterprises, Inc. as the Director of Applications consultant with Greco Technologies from 2011 to 2014. Xavier has worked as a Software Architect, Lead Developer, Systems Analyst, and Software Developer consultant with Greco Technologies at different companies including ICM Partners and BWCS Talent Agency. Xavier started their career at RICOH Mexicana as a Development and Systems Administrator before joining Ayuntamiento de Tijuana B.C. where they held various roles including Director of Web Development, Web Developer and Systems Analyst, and Help Desk Manager and Systems Administrator.

Xavier Fonseca holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science Engineering from CETYS Universidad. During their studies, they specialized in Advanced Programming and Distributed Applications. In March 2019, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance.
