Richard Cheung

Richard Cheung is a seasoned General Counsel currently serving as Director at CaaMTech and Transneural Therapeutics, where they leverage their expertise in corporate governance and risk management. They previously held positions as General Counsel at Noetic Foundry and as an Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and Ogilvy Renault. Additionally, Richard has contributed to the community as a member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto Reel Asian International Film Festival and as a member of Univo IRB. Richard holds degrees in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Law from the University of Toronto and Western University.
