Jake Chung, PharmD, is a Medical Affairs leader with over 10 years of experience in clinical care and in launching novel therapies across diverse disease areas, including rare diseases, immunology, and cardiology. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Medical Affairs Lead at Cabaletta Bio, they develop and implement the Medical Plan and foster collaborations with key stakeholders. Jake completed a Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed a PGY1 Ambulatory Care Residency before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, they held various roles in medical affairs, including a director position at GSK.
