Steve Edgington

Steve Edgington is the Biopesticides Team Leader at CABI, where they lead a team focused on integrating biologicals into agriculture, emphasizing the use of native fungi for pest and disease control. With a background in scientific research and grower support, Steve is involved in the CABI BioProtection Portal, which provides valuable resources on biocontrols to farmers and advisors. They previously worked as a biopesticide research scientist at ECOSUR in Mexico from 1996 to 1998. Steve holds a BSc in Environmental Science from Wye College, a MSc in Applied Entomology from Imperial College London, and a PhD in Nematology from the University of Reading.
