Daniel Bedoya

Daniel Bedoya is currently the EU Regional Manager at Cabify, but they have held many other positions in the business world throughout their career. Daniel was previously a member of the board of directors at Câmara Espanhola from June 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they were an entrepreneur at Rocket Internet SE from October 2014 to March 2016. Daniel was also the Country Manager for Brasil at Tripda from October 2014 to March 2016. In this role, they were responsible for launching and running Tripda, recruiting and managing a team of ~ 55 professionals/interns, for over 18 months, across functions, experience levels and multiple locations. Daniel was also responsible for setup and management of all work streams: marketing, recruitment, alliances, business intelligence, PR, ambassador programs, on-ground operations, regional teams, local regulatory characteristics, costumer relationship, supply quality/intelligence. Additionally, they managed capital allocation across different work streams, focusing on cost-benefit criteria to continue growing the company. Under their leadership, the company grew at 32,2% MoM and turned Brazil into the top 3 performing operations globally. Daniel is a skilled business leader with a proven track record in developing strong supply chains and demand in various markets. Daniel is also experienced in managing M&A integration processes and working closely with global product teams to align Road Maps and improve features. Daniel is known for sharing best practices and experiences with other General Managers in order to promote fast growth and learning between operations.

Daniel Bedoya has an executive education from the Endeavor Innovation & Growth Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Daniel also has a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting at the University of São Paulo. Daniel's undergraduate degree is in Agriculture Engineering from Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" and they also have a music technician certification from Conservatório de Música Colégio Santa Marcelina.
